Waldman & Associates operates on a 30 day diary system, unless otherwise specified. We will handle all rush cases on an immediate basis without you incurring any additional charges. Having been in the civil defense investigations business for over 40 years, we have found the following system helps our files run more smoothly and efficiently.

The Waldman System (Chronological Steps):

Step 1 Assignment is received in our office via telephone, fax, or Internet and immediately forwarded to a supervisor for review. An acknowledgment letter is generated and forwarded to you.

Step 2 In house database research in conducted and assignments are made to the appropriate investigator.

Step 3 Research information is reviewed by supervisor and appropriate action of investigation continues, consulting with all investigators involved.

Step 4 File comes up on our initial 10-day diary for review, assessing all aspects of investigation. Verbal communication and/or a written interim report are supplied to you when necessary. However, your needs may alter this itinerary.

Step 5 Field notes are transcribed into reports, and reports are forwarded to you along with any documentation obtained during the course of our investigation (i.e. video tapes, computer generated snapshots, and/or legal documentation).
