He has thousands of cases to his credit, nationally and internationally. Mr. Shaffer has presented testimony in numerous Federal, State, County Courts, various state commissions such as Bureau of Workers' Compensation, National Arbitration Association, and US Department of Labor, etc. He is qualified as an Expert in investigation by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Workers' Compensation. He is also an approved court-appointed Investigator, Philadelphia Court of Quarter Sessions, Trial Division, and US District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania (including homicide and other major cases). Mr. Shaffer is the author of numerous articles on investigation. He is also a trainer/speaker for corporate events, trade groups, and instructional seminars on topics including Workers' Compensation Fraud, Investigation Techniques, and Information Gathering.
